Privacy Policy

Last updated September 28, 2026

This policy explains what RC Painting & Sons collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers this website only, not information you give us in person, over the phone, or on a jobsite.

What you send us

The contact page has two forms. The bid request form asks for your name, email address, project type and project details, and optionally a company or property name and a phone number. The homeowner form asks for your name, email address, what needs painting and a description, and optionally a phone number and the city the house is in. We use either for one thing: to respond to your request and, if the project moves forward, to prepare a bid or estimate.

We do not sell this information, rent it, or share it with anyone outside our company for their own marketing.

Job applications

Applications are not submitted through this website. Our careers pages link out to a form hosted by Microsoft Forms, and anything you enter there is handled under Microsoft's terms and reaches us directly.

Spam protection

The bid request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. It runs a check in your browser and may read basic technical signals from your device to do so. It is not used to track you across other websites.

Maps

Our contact page embeds a Google map so you can find the office. Loading that page loads content from Google, which may set its own cookies and receive your IP address. That interaction is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like nearly all web hosts, Cloudflare records standard technical information about requests (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use this site: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are (city or region, not street address), what kind of device and browser they use, and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to tell visits apart. We use it only to improve the site; we don’t use it to identify you, and we have turned off its advertising features.

Google processes this data under Google’s privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on every site with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Advertising

This site runs no advertising or retargeting scripts and sets no advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change goes live.

How long we keep things

We keep bid requests for as long as we need them to respond, prepare work, and keep an ordinary business record of the project. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a Washington resident, state law may give you additional rights over your personal data; we will honor those requests the same way.

Children

This site is meant for people doing business with us. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
