Multi-family is repetition work: the same unit finish, hundreds of times, sequenced against every other trade in the building. That makes it a staffing problem before it is a painting problem: the crew either holds the general contractor’s schedule or becomes the reason it slips. Our full-time crew is deep enough to put enough painters on a floor to keep a sequence intact instead of stretching it across weeks.
We work for general contractors, developers and property managers, on new construction and on occupied repaints where the building never stops being somebody’s home.
What we cover on multi-family work
- Unit interiors: walls, ceilings, trim and doors
- Common areas: lobbies, corridors, stairwells and laundry rooms
- Building exteriors, trim and doors
- Pressure washing ahead of exterior coatings
- Property-wide color schedules
