RC Painting & Sons, home

Letting someone into your home takes trust. They’re working around your kids’ rooms, your furniture and your everyday life. When they leave, you live with the result every single day. We understand that. So we treat your house the way you would, with the skill you’d expect from a company that’s been doing this since 1983.

From the first visit to the final walkthrough, you have one person to call: your own project manager. Their job is to make yours feel like the only project we have. Because to you, it is.

We’re not here for one job. We want to be your forever painter: the one you call for the next room, the fence after a windstorm, the ceiling after the upstairs tub overflowed. That kind of relationship is earned one job at a time, starting with yours.

Before you call

Why RC?

  • Family owned since 1983.

43 years, and still the same name on the trucks.

  • Our own painters.

Around 100 full-time painters who know our standards and paint to them.

  • One person, start to finish.

Your project manager is your point of contact for the whole job.

  • Lead abatement certified.

It matters in homes built before 1978, when lead paint was still sold.

  • Registered, bonded and insured.

The paperwork every homeowner should ask a contractor for. We have all of it.

  • Your information stays with us.

What you send goes to our office and nowhere else. We never sell it or pass it to other contractors.

How it works

From first call to final walkthrough

  1. 01

Tell us what you want painted

A dining room, the kitchen cabinets, the whole exterior. Call or send a note. No drawings needed.

  2. 02

    We come out

Your project manager walks the space with you, talks through colors and finishes, and answers whatever you want to ask.

  3. 03

    You get a written estimate

What we’ll paint, how we’ll prep it and what it costs, in writing, before anything starts.

  4. 04

We paint, then walk it with you

Our crew does the work. When they’re done, your project manager walks it with you so nothing is missed.

Good questions

What homeowners ask us

Can we stay in the house while you paint?
Most of the time it isn’t a problem for you to remain in the home while we are painting. It all comes down to your tolerance to that fresh paint smell. But almost all the new wall paints are Zero VOC, so there are minimal worries. There are primers during cabinet refinishing that we would ask you to keep yourself and your animals away from!
How do you protect our floors and furniture?
When it comes to what needs paint and what doesn’t, RC has you COVERED. Pun intended. We are professionals at covering floors and furniture when applicable!
Can you help us choose colors?
Everyone has different tastes, and we want to help you show off yours! But if you need some help finalizing your decisions, RC has plenty of experience in what we’ve seen work and finish really well.
How long does a typical job take?
It takes exactly as long as it needs to take and not a moment more. Our professionals blend expedience with quality to make sure we are out of your hair as quick as we can, while providing you a product we are both proud of.
