Commercial work is defined by everything that isn’t painting: the tenant who needs the space Monday, the lobby that can’t close, the night and weekend windows when the work is actually allowed to happen. We schedule around a building’s operations rather than asking it to stop for us.
We paint offices, retail, hotels, warehouses and banks, and take tenant-improvement work where the finish is the last trade before handover. General contractors and property managers are the usual client, but the building’s occupants are who judges the result.
What we cover on commercial work
